The Island of Utila Utila is the smallest of the three Bay Islands and remains to this day an undeveloped jewel for investors. It has all the classic ingredients of a Caribbean paradise: crystal clear waters, world class diving, fantastic beaches, amazing sport fishing, and, of course, a friendly English-speaking population.
